You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of Warehouse Assistants to achieve picking, packing, and shipping goals.
  • Organize and maintain production areas in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office software.
  • Ensure Conveyor and print re-sets are completed correctly, and perform regular checks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leader capacity, preferably in a warehouse or operational environment.
  • Prior experience in Bonded Warehousing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and protocols is essential.
