Job Summary

Orange Oil is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, staffing, and coordination of site activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary EPC contracts and experience with complex site operations in the process industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage site activities to ensure timely completion and quality of projects
  • Lead and manage a team of site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement safety management and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with the Proposal Management Department to create and review construction-related proposals
  • Provide technical support to the site team and coordinate with clients on technical matters

Requirements

  • Technical education on BSc level, certified by a diploma, with relevant courses and Hazop studies
  • At least 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary EPC contracts in an international environment
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with management, planning, and estimating of complex site activities
  • Good written and oral skills in English and a second foreign language
  • Availability for long-term international assignments
