As a Bike Mechanic, you'll be part of our diverse team, working on safety checks and maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs. You'll also provide on-site service, focusing on customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

We operate in multiple cities across Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, and Italy, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. This position can be filled on a full-time basis, and you'll take on responsibility immediately, driving your projects forward independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform safety checks and maintenance on our fleet
• Diagnose and repair faults, sharing findings and solutions with the team
• Provide on-site service, focusing on customer satisfaction and gathering feedback
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery operations

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
