Key Responsibilities- Support the HGP LT in building collaborative relationships with internal and external teams
- Collaborate with Business Support Specialists from other departments in various workstream and project groups
- Optimize processes across Heineken and for the broader Business Support Community
- Assist in on-boarding, travel, financial processes, sustainability, and facilities
- Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO study program
- Genuine interest in people, processes, and making improvements
- Comfortable working independently while enjoying collaborative teamwork
- Actively seek assistance when needed, enjoy being creative, and keep an eye out for opportunities
- Full-time internship with the possibility of 4 days a week
- Duration of 5 or 6 months
- Collaborative internship environment
- Internship fee of €500 gross per month
- 2 vacation days per month
- Commuting expenses fully reimbursed
