Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Solutions Specialist to join our team at ADM in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our Tech Ops Organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest availability of all ADM systems.

About the Role

This position is responsible for analyzing tickets raised by users and providing responses or resolutions. You will work closely with the concerned teams or 3rd-party providers to resolve issues according to the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Understand global procurement processes and have an understanding of accounting for procurement processes related to Purchasing and Receiving.
  • Be willing to learn Coupa through external and internal training.
  • Understand global templates and regional solutions designed/developed by Solution Delivery teams and resolve tickets while keeping the solution intact.
  • Act as a backup for the Coupa Support Lead.
  • Assist the Coupa Support Lead in managing daily operations.
  • Perform thorough testing before releasing any solution for final user validation.
  • Be willing to learn processes and technology of applications that interact with Coupa.
  • Be willing to learn and follow ADM IT processes in performing all day-to-day activities.
  • Be willing to learn ADM IT Service Management process, update incident/problem/service tickets regularly and accurately, and document resolution in the service management tool.
  • Assist with planned rollouts to ADM locations.
  • FOLLOW regulatory compliance and Security standards.
  • Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of functional experience in Coupa.
  • Experience with dealing with areas in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Finance, Procurement.
  • An interest to grow in the wider support area Global Technology.
  • The ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • The ability to interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes.
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese speaking is preferred.
