Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager at Friesland Campina, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing e-commerce partnerships with key retailers, defining customer-specific strategies, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage e-commerce partnerships with key retailers, such as AH, Jumbo, and Plus
  • Define and roll out customer-specific strategies, including assortment, promotions, and activations
  • Advise and lead Online Retail Media (Sponsored products/display) in collaboration with Retail Media Services and brand teams
  • Allocate and manage e-commerce customers' budgets
  • Review and continuously optimize business performance on key e-commerce KPIs
  • Connect and align with offline sales teams at the customer and within Friesland Campina
Requirements
  • MSc degree in Business Management or Marketing Management
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, ideally within e-commerce at a manufacturer or retailer
  • Knowledge of the Dutch food retail market and its key players
  • A strong interest in developing a career in e-commerce
  • Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive team player with a results-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Benefits
  • Salary between €4,357 and €5,914 per month, depending on knowledge and experience
  • Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension
  • Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home
  • 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance
