Elchemie, a leading food manufacturing company in Breda, The Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Electromechanic to join their team. As an Electromechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Locate and repair common malfunctions, digitally registering issues for future reference
- Perform routine maintenance and overhaul work to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Identify deviations in machines and installations, intervening to prevent malfunctions
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
- Contribute to process improvements through creativity and technical insight
- Trade or technical qualification in Millwright, Electrician, or Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering
- Approximately four years of experience as a maintenance technician in the food production industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and analytical problem-solving skills
- 45% maintenance, 35% breakdowns, 10% modification, 10% administration
