Role Overview

Are you enthusiastic about deploying CRM solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework? As a Solution Developer, you will engage in the design and execution of cutting-edge Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service.
  • Utilize the Power Platform, including Copilot, PVA, and DCCP, as integral components of your expertise.
  • Work within a dynamic team composed of dedicated professionals, including functional experts, delivery leads, and presales consultants.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in CRM systems, showcasing a profound understanding of complex project execution.
  • Hands-on experience in project environments is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, with the capability to configure, customize, and develop CRM solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Strong software development skills, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of tailored CRM solutions.
  • Ability to assess client needs, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 features.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  • A passion for CRM and its Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proficient in working collaboratively in an international setting.
