Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our battery storage assets. This includes continuously monitoring performance data to ensure that our systems meet or exceed operational expectations.

Another key aspect of your role will be to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for our energy storage systems, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of our assets.

  • Asset Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize system efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and prolong the lifespan of our assets.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency through technology upgrades and data-driven insights.
  • Data Analytics: Collect and analyze performance data to inform optimization strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with external service providers and OEMs to ensure timely interventions and repairs.
  • Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Budget & Financial Planning: Monitor operational expenses and prepare budgets for asset maintenance and operations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to our sustainability targets by optimizing energy storage systems to reduce their environmental impact.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, detailing system performance, incidents, and improvement strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with system operations to ensure safe and reliable performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, and renewable energy technologies. Relevant certifications, such as electrical training, are a plus.

Experience with energy monitoring platforms and optimizing energy storage for market participation is also highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is required, as is 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, and renewable energy technologies.
  • Relevant certifications, such as electrical training, are a plus.
  • Experience with energy monitoring platforms and optimizing energy storage for market participation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
