We zoeken een gedreven en servicegerichte medewerker die zich inzet voor de klanttevredenheid en de medewerkerbeleving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de NPS-score van de winkel en definieert actieplannen om deze te verbeteren.
Je taken:- Je analyseert de NPS-score en definieert actieplannen om deze te verbeteren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de servicegerichte afdelingen van de vestiging.
- Je bepaalt de service strategie, zodanig dat deze aansluit bij de behoeftes van de klant en de strategie van jouw vestiging.
- Je leidt, motiveert en coacht het team zodat zij de beste customer journey kunnen bieden aan onze klanten.
We zoeken een medewerker die:
- Een echte teamspeler is.
