Job Title: Breakfast and Beverage Attendant Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Breakfast and Beverage Attendant. As an intern, you will work alongside our experienced F&B team to learn their roles and help with running the department.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and be part of our experienced team. You will be jointly responsible for all F&B facets in our hotel, including preparing and serving breakfast, working at the bar or restaurant, and assisting in preparing the board- and meeting rooms for lunch and/or dinner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work in the bar, restaurant, or breakfast room for table service: taking table reservations, taking orders, table service, and checking out with our guests.
  • Prepare the board- and meeting rooms for lunch and/or dinner.
  • Assisting in preparing the restaurant for service by the required hotel standards.
  • Enhancing product knowledge.
  • Promote hospitality within our hotel standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a degree in another relevant field of study.
  • Affinity with hotels and hospitality.
  • Fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch.
  • EU/EEA national or enrolled in a Dutch institution as we cannot provide visas, permits, or sponsorships.
