About the Role
We are seeking a skilled MOT Inspector to join our team at DSV in Venlo. As a Trailer Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for inspecting trailers in accordance with APK guidelines and drawing up reports with your findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect trailers in accordance with APK guidelines
- Draw up reports with your findings and communicate them to the Workshop Manager
- Carry out minor repairs that can be done immediately
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of tools and measuring equipment
- Assist the MOT inspector during spot checks
Requirements
- Completed vmbo or mbo education in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, agricultural mechanisation or mobile equipment
- Experience as a MOT inspector in the heavy transport sector or willingness to learn
- Technical literacy and key skills
- Ability to use measuring equipment and test equipment
- Command of the Dutch language
