About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Barback to join our dynamic team at Lotti's, a bustling neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of the city.

As a Barback, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, working closely with our bartenders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a well-stocked bar area, ensuring all necessary equipment and ingredients are readily available.
  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, soft drinks, and other beverages.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
