Your Role
In this internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Global Buyer in evaluating, designing, and delivering the CRES Business Case
- Mapping existing processes and developing future workflows
- Benchmarking industry best practices
- Identifying and addressing potential resistance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to strategize change management activities
- Ensuring alignment of change management initiatives with overall program objectives and timelines
- Co-managing the transformation roadmap with key milestones and success metrics
- Analyzing internal data to provide actionable insights
- Integrating various data sources
Throughout your internship, you will gain insights into HEINEKEN as a whole, beyond your specific department. We provide you with the autonomy and trust to operate like an entrepreneur, encouraging innovative ideas and fresh perspectives, all while receiving the appropriate guidance.

Internship Details
- Full-time internship (4 days a week possible upon consultation)
- Duration of 5 or 6 months (to be discussed with your internship supervisor)
- Must be enrolled at an educational institution
- Practice-oriented internship
- Based in Amsterdam
- Internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO)
- 2 vacation days per month (based on full-time)
- Full reimbursement of commuting expenses if no student OV product is held
