Main Responsibilities:- Analyze and refine user stories, actively contributing to the development life cycle.
- Participate in solution designing and implement qualitative applications using Pega out-of-the-box features.
- Build applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for automation and implement automation wherever possible.
- Assist with performance analysis and fine-tuning of Pega applications.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Pega applications.
- Strong knowledge of Pega areas such as Case Management, Integration, and Security.
- Good understanding of BPM best practices and implementation life cycles.
- Experience with SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A competitive salary tailored to your qualities and experience.
- 24-27 vacation days depending on contract.
