Position Overview: Are you skilled in maintaining precision and ensuring a seamless production process? If you have a passion for coffee, consider a role as a Manufacturing Operator.

Company Profile: You will be part of a manufacturing firm located in the Tilburg area, recognized for its specialization in aluminum coffee capsules. This organization stands as one of the largest in Europe and is currently in its start-up phase.

Work Schedule: This full-time position operates in two shifts: from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.

Key Responsibilities: As a Production Worker, your duties will encompass the production and packaging of coffee capsules, along with troubleshooting both minor and significant technical issues. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are alike.

  • Addressing both minor and major technical challenges or product issues;
  • Conducting preventive maintenance and repair on various filling and packaging lines;
  • Monitoring the performance of all machinery;
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols;
  • Documenting work activities;
  • Facilitating production start-ups or changeovers;
  • Modifying various filling and packaging lines.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A vocational education level of MBO-3 or -4;
  • Experience in a production setting, ideally as a Machine Operator within the food sector;
  • Familiarity with quality systems such as BRC and HACCP;
  • The ability to work independently and with precision;
  • A proactive approach to preventing and resolving malfunctions;
  • A motivated and positive demeanor.
