We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of room attendants and ensuring that the highest level of cleanliness and brand standards are achieved in our 476 rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage and coach a team of 5 room attendants, with a total team size of 30 RAs.
  • Alternate between opening and closing shifts, assigning rooms to room attendants, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Co-responsible for the linen and uniform room, ensuring that all inventory is properly managed and maintained.
  • Deliver on-the-job training sessions and provide feedback to room attendants to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure that all rooms meet the highest level of cleanliness and brand standards, adhering to our quality control processes.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment, promoting a culture of fun and inclusivity.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of room attendants.
  • Valid work permit and BSN registration (if applicable) and health insurance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Passion for Housekeeping and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch as an added bonus.
