Warehouse Stocking Coordinator

At Newrest, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Stocking Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt and storage of inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Accurately complete all quality control procedures and documents.
  • Record and report any discrepancies with shipments to the supply office.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Secondary Functions:

  • Perform regular counts of stored materials.
  • Work closely with the production department to ensure proper stock and inventory of needed materials.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and inspected according to operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • No experience required, but any experience in supply, purchasing, receiving, or inventory is a plus.
  • This is an entry-level position and training for all functions can be provided.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must be able to count.
  • Ability to work fast-paced.
  • Ability to show flexibility in working in various areas of the department.
