We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at MY Recruitment. As a QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our quality control systems and processes.
About the Role:
- Team Management: You will lead a team of quality control specialists, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Task Distribution and Monitoring: You will coordinate tasks within the team, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: You will play a key role in the development of your team members, helping them to reach their full potential.
- QA Systems Process Optimization: You will work closely with other departments to optimize our quality control systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Compliance: You will supervise the implementation of procedures and ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
- Audit Coordination: You will coordinate audits and investigations, working closely with internal and external auditors.
- Quality System Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our quality control systems.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree level of education.
- You have demonstrated experience in a QA or QC role within a GXP environment, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating capacity.
- You have experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or service laboratory setting is preferred.
- You have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems.
- You have a proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
- You are proficient in English, written and spoken.

The laboratory performs a very diverse package of analyses of raw materials and finished products for a large number of national and international clients within the pharmaceutical industry.
