We are seeking a skilled MIG-MAG Welding Operator to join our team at Metaal Flex Nederland B.V. in Hapert, Netherlands.


The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a welding robot, inspecting, assembling, and welding steel elements with a thickness of 5-15 mm, using MIG-MAG hand welding as needed.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate a welding robot and make manual corrections when errors occur
  • Inspect and assemble steel elements
  • Perform MIG-MAG hand welding when necessary
  • Grind components and spot weld them on a template

Requirements:



  • Experience in MIG-MAG steel welding
  • Ability to operate a welding robot
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools
  • Valid or expired MIG-MAG welding certificates

What We Offer:



  • €15.72/h + 20% shift allowance = €18.86/h
  • 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime up to 55 hours per week
  • Overtime pay: 128% for up to 2 hours daily, 147% for over 2 hours and on Saturdays, and 184% on Sundays and holidays

Additional Information:


Before starting work, each candidate will need to pass a test, which includes measuring a product based on a technical drawing and performing fillet welds.
