Product Owner EF Production Engineering

ASML is seeking a Product Owner to join our EUV Factory team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding, translating, and prioritizing business requirements from multiple customers to engineering increments. You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, and teams to ensure that the product meets the required specifications and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the backlog of your team for the new Program Increments, ensuring that backlog items have acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Chief Product Owner to align on priorities and objectives of the team and the team backlog.
- Work closely with stakeholders and customers to align on the work that brings most value.
- Maximize value creation by the teams, by getting the priorities right and bringing clarity to what is asked.
- Lead the teams in delivery of their commitments, comprising of new product Introductions, manufacturing improvements, and factory support.
- BS or MSc in system engineering, industrial engineering, physics, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of work experience, with at least 3-4 years in a Product Owner role in a scaled Agile (SAFe) and high-tech, multidisciplinary environment.
- Prior experience with hardware deliverables is preferred.
- Capable of applying Agile and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) principles for the business context.
