De Business Process Improvement Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan activiteiten gericht op het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en het waarborgen van effectieve implementatie van oplossingen. Dit omvat het gebruik van methodologieën zoals Lean Six Sigma, kwaliteitsnormen, proceskaarten, data-analyse, veranderingenmanagement en stakehoudermanagement om problemen en kansen voor verbetering te identificeren en aan te pakken.

  • Gebruikt methodologieën zoals Lean Six Sigma, kwaliteitsnormen, proceskaarten, data-analyse, veranderingenmanagement en stakehoudermanagement om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren.
  • Implementeert oplossingen en verbeteringen van deze processen.
  • Maakt en handhaaft beslissingen op tactisch/manageriaal niveau.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen proper worden geïmplementeerd en worden overgedragen aan de lijnorganisatie.
  • Bringt stakeholders samen om cross-sectorale aansluiting en een zin van urgentie rond verbeteringen te creëren.
  • Ondersteunt projectleiders bij het definiëren van het projectomvang met behulp van technieken zoals Lean Six Sigma.
  • Challanges projectomvang om effectieve oplossingen te implementeren.
  • Nemt eigenaarschap van workstream niveau taken en drijft ze tot voltooiing.
  • Maakt beslissingen op taken en workstream niveau op tijd.
  • Implementeert en drijft veranderingen in cross-sectorale processen.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat overdracht van eigenaarschap (acceptatie) van oplossingen naar de lijnorganisatie (zowel correctief als preventief) vlot en op tijd verloopt.
  • Handelt als ondernemer, initieert en leidt nieuwe acties op tactisch/manageriaal niveau.

De Business Process Improvement Specialist speelt een cruciale rol bij het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen, het implementeren van oplossingen en het waarborgen van effectieve en tijdige overdracht van eigenaarschap aan de lijnorganisatie.

Functie-eisen
  • Techneutische Bachelor of Master diploma
  • 5+ jaar relevante ervaring in het uitvoeren van bedrijfsprocessenverbeteringen
  • Sterk focus op mensen
  • FAMILIAR MET LEAN SIX SIGMA
  • FAMILIAR MET ROOT CAUSE ANALYSES
  • GREEN / BLACK BELT
