IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first- and second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, and other hardware and software.
- Perform hardware maintenance and setup tasks, including data wiping of mobile devices.
- Configure and maintain Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) and other office equipment.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT service management tools.
- At least 5 years of experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 procedures, including troubleshooting, drivers management, and account management.
- Good understanding of Active Directory structure, objects, and Group Policies.
- Knowledge of at least one IT service management tool.
- Excellent command of the English language.
