Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to buildings' exteriors. Your primary focus will be on repairing damages to windows, doors, frames, and facade systems, including glass or rubber replacement, leak repairs, lock replacements, and overseeing crane operations for glass or panel installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of building facades to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of windows, doors, frames, and facade systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on potential solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an MBO level of education, with a strong foundation in building facades, windows, doors, and frames.
  • Prior knowledge of building facades, windows, doors, and frames is an asset, but not a requirement; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and the ability to remain courteous and professional, even during busy periods.
  • A valid driver's license and preferably a VCA diploma (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Residency in the Utrecht area.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch or English in verbal communication.
