Credit Risk Regulatory Change Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change Expert to join our Credit Risk team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the bank's strategic objectives while meeting clients and societal expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Support Credit Risk by setting requirements, monitoring, and coordinating the implementation of (regulatory) change topics.
- Focus on the ESG and CER areas, with flexibility to take on a secondary assignment in one of the different scope areas of the Change & Control department.
- Analyze the impact of internal and external developments on current and potential risks for the strategic objectives of the bank.
- Implement associated requirements and supervise to ensure regulatory aspects are adhered to.
You will join a team of 27 professionals with extensive experience in credit risk management, project management, change management, and consulting. The team has a deep understanding of how the bank operates as a whole.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) with 5+ years of professional corporate working experience, within one of the following fields: Credit Risk, EBA/EU-related regulations, or ESG / CER.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively balance priorities to ensure alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, allowing you to convey a compelling story and convince stakeholders of the call to action.
- Ability to manage large projects with ease, even under high-pressure deadlines.
- Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
