The Opportunity

As a Senior Compliance Officer in Conduct Compliance & Ethics, you will play a key role in ensuring that ING's business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing compliance risks, developing and implementing effective compliance strategies, and providing guidance and support to business stakeholders.

The Team

You will be part of the Conduct Compliance & Ethics team, which is responsible for ensuring that ING's business activities are conducted in a compliant and responsible manner. The team works closely with other departments, including Risk Management, Legal, and Internal Audit, to ensure that ING's compliance obligations are met.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate identified risks
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on compliance matters
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify potential compliance issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that ING's compliance obligations are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and regulators
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
