Position Overview:
The Data Analyst for Capital Equipment (CE) and Customer Care (CC) will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Analytics Product Owner and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure the delivery of precise analytics to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Convert data into actionable formats tailored to the requirements of our clients.
⦁ Collaborate with BAs and Product Owners to create experiences that fulfill customer expectations.
⦁ Partner with Data Engineers and Scientists to comprehend the creation of data assets/models and back-end algorithms, ensuring accurate and efficient output.
⦁ Continuously develop expertise in various analytical tools to empower users in leveraging our data, models, and algorithms effectively. Engage in external forums to explore best practices and innovative solutions that can enhance value.
⦁ Establish partnerships with IT, the CC and CE Automation teams, and other relevant parties to unlock new value opportunities.

Qualifications:

⦁ Experience in developing complex GUIs/interfaces is a plus.
⦁ Familiarity with AI tools for user interaction and front-end applications is advantageous.
