Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team, responsible for the service, installation, and commissioning of our automated laboratory instruments across the BENELUX and Scandinavia regions.
About the Company
Our company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality automated laboratory instrumentation used globally to support scientific research. We cater to the needs of laboratories for environmental, food, agricultural, and chemical testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, installation, and commissioning of our instrumentation at customer laboratories.
- Training of customers in analyser operation and maintenance.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance visits.
- Responding to emergency service call-outs and repairs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering, as well as prior experience in a hands-on service technician position. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be self-confident in customer interactions, and have a proactive approach to work.
