About the Role
You'll be part of our team of professionals responsible for outsourced logistics centers operations and vendor managed inventory hubs for strategic customers. You'll maintain best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfillment exceptions by working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Define requirements and lead testing and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet Fulfillment business needs and drive automation initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence.
- Serve as owner of Fulfillment KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews, and driving root cause and corrective actions with suppliers.
Requirements
REQUIRED:
- 5+ years experience in supply chain management.
- 4-year college degree required.
- In-depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Experience with EDI a plus.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Package [Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook (Proficient in managing a high level of daily email activity), PowerPoint], Project Management tools.
- Experience in analyzing business processes, gathering, and documenting business/system requirements.
- Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA's.

- Interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work.
