SAP Asset Management Senior Consultant

SAP Asset Management is a critical component of ASML's IT infrastructure, and we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the translation of business demands into concrete, state-of-the-art IT solutions using SAP Asset Management. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP Asset Management solutions, working closely with the business community to define requirements and develop high-quality IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver epics, features, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Asset Management, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP systems.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, with proven experience in complex processes.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP Asset Management, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
