Job Title: Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team at DPG Media in Rotterdam. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile apps for our users.

About the Role

As an Android Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team that works on developing mobile apps for our users. Your primary focus will be on developing Android apps using Kotlin and other relevant technologies. You will work closely with our product owners, designers, and other developers to ensure that our apps meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality Android apps using Kotlin and other relevant technologies
  • Work closely with our product owners, designers, and other developers to ensure that our apps meet the highest standards of quality and user experience
  • Contribute to the development of our mobile app platform
  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure that our apps are deployed and maintained efficiently
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that our codebase is of high quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Android development
  • Expertise in Kotlin and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD, dependency injection, concurrency, networking, and unit testing
  • Agile mindset and experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English
