Unlock Customer Success with Oracle Cloud
We're seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you'll collaborate closely with sales reps to provide technical leadership and support to customers, helping them achieve the best outcomes from their investments in Oracle Cloud Technologies.
As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you'll work with our Oracle Digital sales team and SMB customers in the Benelux market to deliver unique experiences and drive customer success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership and support to customers
- Collaborating with sales reps to define and drive sales strategy
- Maintaining awareness of customer infrastructure and providing technical due diligence
- Orchestrating technical resources to ensure successful cloud adoption
- Building consumption plans with customers
You'll be a key partner to our customers, not just a vendor, and will be responsible for ensuring their successful experience in their territory. If you're passionate about cloud engineering and customer success, we'd love to hear from you
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Broad technical experience of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and Oracle platform services
- Leadership capabilities, including delegation and team involvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
