Position Summary

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. As a Management Support Intern, you will be assigned to one of our departments (FP&A Control, Business Control, Accounting, AP Management) where you will participate in daily and weekly processes. In addition to regular business tasks, you will work on specific projects such as financial reporting, business process innovation, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting periodic forecasting and monthly closing processes

• Preparing financial data and reports for management

• Assisting with SAP CO and FI module processes

• Supporting business budget and expense processing

• Conducting analyses and creating business cases

• Handling exceptions, including quarterly and yearly statutory audits

Skills and Qualifications

Are you a proactive and analytical individual who enjoys working in an international team? Do you want to apply your financial and analytical skills in real business cases? As a Management Support Intern, you will provide reporting and analytical support to our Benelux Sales and Marketing organization and internal Management Support.

Requirements:

• You must be a local HBO/WO student, available at least 4 days a week

• You should have a good command of English and Dutch or French

• You should be able to work independently and take on challenges

• You should feel confident in communicating with all departments and levels in our organization

• You must have a valid residence permit during the internship period
