Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Technical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electrical distribution systems, coordinating with customers, and resolving technical issues related to layouts, components, cabling, termination kits, earthing, and grounding. You will also draft assembly and commissioning plans, attend and support testing work, and monitor factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical distribution systems, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, including layouts, components, cabling, and termination kits
  • Draft and implement assembly and commissioning plans
  • Support testing work, including FAT/FWT, and ensure successful project completion
  • Monitor factory operations and resolve any remaining technical issues
  • Collaborate with the lead engineer to ensure project success

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Practical, results-oriented, and flexible work attitude
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Willingness to travel for short periods (15% travel)
  • Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • EU passport holder
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
