Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing clients by implementing our software solutions.
  • Lead online and on-site implementation phase trainings to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular sales meetings and outreach.
  • Identify new opportunities and use cases to expand collaboration with existing clients.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and retain clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to share expertise and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch or fluent English for effective communication with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients and provide compelling value propositions.
  • Ambitious and results-driven with a hands-on attitude and ownership of daily sales work.
  • Relevant higher education or business knowledge to understand various organizations and stakeholders.
  • Sharp sales-oriented mindset with a curiosity towards software technology and SaaS business.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
