Solera's Business Analyst Role



As a Business Analyst at Solera, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality products to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of our current services and aligning them with our Demand Management process to prioritize features with the highest value.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Develop a thorough understanding of our NL-based service VPI & ATOSI and its alignment with customer needs
  • Collaborate with the product owner to refine and prioritize epics and user stories for the development team
  • Design and implement automated performance testing, including acceptance testing by customer groups, to ensure high-quality products
  • Author detailed product documentation, such as user guides and release notes, based on developer input
  • Ensure that every production release meets the Change Advisory Board's standards
  • Provide day-to-day support to the development team and facilitate SCRUM meetings to discuss sprint progress
  • Address client-related inquiries about the services described above


Your Qualifications




  • At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst with B2B web services
  • Strong linguistic skills, including fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English
  • Problem-solving abilities, analytical nature, and top-notch conceptual skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a "work-hard, play-hard, not-quitting" attitude


Preferred Qualifications




  • Knowledge of the Dutch MGA branch and their insurance products in the market
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tooling, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce
