As a key member of our team at GEODIS Benelux, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of production test stations/equipment, including robotics equipment and mechanical fixtures within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, robotics, and automated equipment maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of computer systems and robotics equipment, preferably in a fulfillment or manufacturing environment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on production systems, Cobots, and automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosis and resolution of technical issues with fulfillment center equipment, including Cobots, conveyor systems, tooling, and jigs.
  • Repair and Installation: Perform timely repairs on malfunctioning equipment and assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment and software updates.
  • Spare Parts Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure critical components are always available to reduce downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of computer systems and robotics equipment, preferably in a fulfillment or manufacturing environment.
  • An associate degree or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Robotics certifications, are a plus.
