About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Traffic Officer to join our team at EVA Airways Corp. Netherlands Branch. As a key member of our cargo operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily import/export operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily import/export operations, including load control, warehousing, and cargo tracing.
  • Supervise flight safety regarding cargo flight handling on designated flight dates.
  • Handle cargo claim cases in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including flight operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth cargo operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including airlines, forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the airline cargo industry or forwarding agent sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PC operation, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Good command of Dutch and English language in both writing and speaking.
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
