Job Summary:

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Global Operations team in Europe and the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you'll provide financial analysis and management reporting to drive business decisions and optimize operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain regional L&D plans and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and quality of data used by the regional L&D management team.
  • Prepare in-depth financial and operational analysis of regional L&D financial results, including financial bridges on actual to plan, forecast, and prior year.
  • Support a strong controls and governance environment, assisting with internal and external audits at distribution sites within the region.
  • Provide financial leadership on cross-functional projects, including L&D locations and optimizing distribution points, inventory levels, and transportation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance and control (or local equivalent).
  • Solid industry experience in finance department of a large multi-national company.
  • Dutch and English language skills at professional level.
  • Proactive with continuous improvement attitude and ability to influence change.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues and to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Individual system skills, particularly Excel, OneStream, PowerBI, and SAP.
