We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Italian restaurant in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service standards and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement agreed-upon strategies and promotions.
  • Manage the departmental budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Degree or diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management.
  • Fluent in English.
