Logistics and Administration Assistant

Olympia Veldhoven is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics and Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to logistics operations, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with inventory management, order processing, and transportation coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics and administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including early, late, and night shifts.
- Physical capability to perform physical tasks in a logistics environment.
