We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Janssen Biologics in Leiden. As an Equipment Lifecycle Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing laboratory equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new laboratory systems, including analytical equipment and complex global platform projects connected to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
- Documentation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain administrator procedures, technical installation procedures, and maintenance procedures for laboratory equipment.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of equipment within agreed timelines, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as USP, GAMP, GMP, and ERES, by informing lab managers/supervisors of required corrective actions.
- Equipment Validation: Maintain the equipment validation master plan for QC equipment, including inventory, qualification status, and additional information as required.
- Vendor Management: Engage with equipment vendors to understand and implement new versions of technology, improving reliability and performance.
- Financial Management: Monitor projects and managed service providers' spend to stay within planned budget.
- Communication: Oversee communication between internal and external parties during the analytical equipment implementation process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in implementing equipment in a laboratory environment.
- Affinity with laboratory systems and automation activities.
- Ability to manage multiple issues, organize activities, prioritize, and maintain clear communication within multidisciplinary teams.
