We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Adecco Nederland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €3,500 - €4,500 per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Spotify, YouTube, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns aimed at attracting Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Evaluate landing pages and optimize them to provide a user experience focused on driving conversions.
  • Experiment with new channels, test their effectiveness, and refine strategies based on the results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and maximize value for the business.
  • Work closely with platform partners (such as LinkedIn and Meta) to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2C or B2B digital marketing.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns on B2B platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Google, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • A hands-on mentality, driven by optimization and testing outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience with pan-EMEA or APAC markets, or within the tech, marketplace, or delivery industries, is a strong advantage.
