About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Internal Service Employee at STC Groep BV. As a key member of our internal service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German customers, working closely with our Account Manager to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and prepare presentations to meet customer needs
  • Make appointments by telephone and maintain active customer contacts
  • Ensure the CRM package is always up to date
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • MBO/HBO working and/or thinking level with additional commercial training or skills
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ergonnis-oriented individual with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Technical background is an advantage
