Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our asset surveillance efforts and drive digital innovation in our offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective processes and standards for onshore surveillance of offshore assets and marine systems.
  • Lead the transition to new work methods, reducing offshore scope and enhancing predictive maintenance through digital innovation and data integration.
  • Drive a continuous improvement roadmap based on business and technical opportunities, identifying pain points and market trends.
  • Coordinate and align 3-year plan input for production and marine systems surveillance.
  • Support integration of the surveillance layer with traditional maintenance strategies to optimize offshore maintenance tasks.
  • Integrate Lines of Defence data into a holistic approach to improve visibility on equipment/systems availability status and risk.
  • Develop an ambitious plan for wireless sensors/IoT usage.
  • Prepare and present ideation and validation packs for initiative process approval gates.
  • Support alert management professionalization, automating opportunities and abnormal behavior setting methodologies.
Requirements
  • BSc and/or MSc degree in Process Engineering, I&C Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in operational (energy) processing environments.
  • At least 2 years' experience with digital or software developments, preferably related to process data analytics, data science, and/or Python programming skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with production-related surveillance software (Aveva PI, Seeq), offshore DSC systems, and reporting systems like PowerBI.
  • User experience with CMMS systems (e.g. IFS, SAP, Maximo, AMOS) and computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Projects.
  • Familiarity with FPSO production and marine operating systems.
  • Knowledge of FMEA and RCM.
  • Digital savviness.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving, planning, and organizing with a passion for achieving results.
  • Supervisory skills and strong commitment to team culture, good stakeholder management.
  • Ability to travel internationally, including offshore.
