Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Community Manager to oversee and manage our B2B community in Benelux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing engagement among our B2B users, developing and implementing community programs, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage members of our community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands
- Develop and implement community programs for our B2B users, focusing on interacting with program members to improve our services and strengthen engagement
- Create engagement models for community programs, maintain close communication with program members, and provide support
- Plan and execute projects with program members and coordinate initiatives with other Doctolib teams to deliver an immersive experience to our users and ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct user research to understand the workflow and needs of our users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Health Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in community management and developing community, brand ambassador, and loyalty programs
- Strong passion for healthcare, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Business-fluent English skills and ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
