About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-oriented individual to join our sorting center team at DHL Amersfoort.

As a sorting worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sorting process. Your responsibilities will include unloading packages, scanning them, and directing them to the correct containers for delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling packages of various sizes and weights, up to 25kg. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in meeting our goal of delivering packages on time and to the right customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload packages from delivery vehicles
  • Scan packages using our system
  • Direct packages to the correct containers for delivery
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient sorting process
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work is not a problem for you
  • You speak Dutch or English fluently
  • You have your own transportation to get to the location
  • You are available to work between 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 2:15 AM - 8:00 AM
  • You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
What We Offer
  • A gross hourly wage of €13.68
  • Shift allowances depending on the times you work
  • A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer if you live more than 5 kilometers from the location
