About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at our Amsterdam store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our organic T-shirt store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure that merchandise is displayed in a way that showcases our brand
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Communicate effectively with our headquarters in Spain to place orders and manage stock
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing role is an asset
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to travel to the store as needed
