We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst Associate to join our Corporate Finance team in Amsterdam. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth acceleration strategies across our portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Translate strategy into financials and financials into strategy to drive growth acceleration strategies across the portfolio
  • Take an analytical view on both equity and debt-related topics related to the financial position of the company, as well as play an active role in the sourcing of new and refinancing of existing debt
  • Actively contribute to managing all investor relations with GIC/APG, comprising of strategic scenario analysis, tracking portfolio investment returns, and ad-hoc & regular reporting
  • Partake in the sourcing of new debt/potential refinancing(s) and restructuring/waiver discussions in close collaboration with the Director of Capital Markets
  • Be the gatekeeper of financial information to communicate with our shareholders, (prospective) lenders, and other external stakeholders
  • Contribute to TSH group cash forecasting and equity planning, comprising of both short-term 13-week TSH Group cash forecasting as well as indirect long-term strategic cash/equity planning on Group level
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses for various TSH teams and senior TSH leadership for decision-making purposes and performance-related insights


Requirements:


  • 2-4 years of relevant experience on the advisory side (M&A/restructuring/transaction services) within finance/strategy/transaction-related roles
  • Multi-tasker, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude and ability to work with deadlines and little supervision
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and international environment with various learning opportunities
  • Have advanced skills in Excel and data analytics, with experience in building and maintaining (complex) financial models
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a strong advantage
  • Experience in real estate and hospitality is a plus
