We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at All About Expats. As a Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of research projects, ensuring that data is collected, processed, and analyzed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients in enhancing their market share and revenue through insightful analysis of consumer needs and behavior.
  • Coordinating and managing the data technical processes of research projects, including communication with vendors.
  • Programming and testing online questionnaires while ensuring the quality of vendor outputs.
  • Editing and processing complex data files using Excel and SPSS.
  • Setting up and maintaining user-friendly and impactful online dashboards, utilizing software such as Dapresy.
  • Advising research managers on software upgrades and providing effective solutions from a data technical perspective.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in questionnaire software, online reporting software, SPSS, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview while adhering to schedules.
  • A proactive approach to obtaining and processing data in innovative ways.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new cases and work independently.
  • Initiative to take action when necessary.
